Amtrak introduces three new menu objects for first-class passengers

From lobster mac and cheese to beef bourguignon, first-class Amtrak passengers touring on the Acela alongside the Northeast Hall can be handled to new menu choices.

The brand new choices are a part of a collaboration with the Starr Restaurant Group, a James Beard award-winning restaurateur that operates eating places in Philadelphia, New York, South Florida, Washington, D.C. and Paris. Eliot Hamlisch, Amtrak’s government vp and chief industrial officer, stated the brand new additions permit Amtrak to enhance its expertise for first-class passengers.
